Babies!!!! 2008/2009
November 1st, 2008 my friends children who were visiting, Julia, 13 and James, 11 came
inside to ask a very valid question. When do goats have babies? Come to find out goats have babies on November 1st. And I'm glad these two wonderful kids came in to let me know.
Ruby, the dam to January 2008 commercial black buck SuperDuty, had a carbon copy of him, only red and a doeling, with teats 1/1.
Opal Black is the daughter of Black Jack Black and Ruby Red. Welcome to the world beautiful girl! I have incredibly high hopes for little Opal.
November 2nd, 2008 Because I have witnesses I can't act all tough and professional anymore when it comes to being a goat breeder. I boohooed through the whole thing with Arryn Leigh, because she's a bottle baby and just a good friend. Arryn Leigh was so exhausted after each of these doelings FB Raven Leigh Black and FB Birdie Leigh Black that she fell asleep cleaning them for just a couple of minutes. Goat napping I guess you would call it.
Raven was born first and has a nice black hood with a white flying bird shape on her forehead and a small black spot on her tummy and toes that might get more prominent.
Birdie is a very pretty traditional and both girls have good teats 1+nub/1+nub

Born November 13th, 2008 Joyful Symphony's 98.25% dark red doeling(with black toes and black splocthes on her back). This is Sym's first kid and she did it by her self. Sire is Jack

November 18th, 2008 Biscotti had one black headed buckling and one traditional doeling and I don't know what color the other doeling is going to have on her head yet. A little paint spot on her left side of her chest and an adorable little white spot on her nose. One girl was 7 lbs and the boy and other girl were 9lbs. Sire is Jack
November 20th Samantha had black twins, one doeling and one buckling.

Dam is BRC Sunny Tuesday,,, they are both girls!!! Hard to tell apart though so they'll probably both get the same name to save time.
