Our Dairy Goats consist of:
Ruby- 2003 Nubian X Boer doe
Ruby is a solid light red and produces wonderful boer cross kids for us every year. She also has a wonderful udder and is perfectly designed to hand milk.
Alaska - 2008 Pureblood Nubian doe
Spotted, Alaska has done a pretty good job kidding out for us. Hopefully we'll have twins or better from her in 2011 and start training her to be hand milked.
Laura- 2010 Nubian X Boer doe
2011 will be Laura's first kidding. We hope to get milk but we won't push her at her young age.
Sarah- 2010 Nubian X Boer doe
2011 will also be Sarah's first kidding, maybe, and we also will not push her until 2012
Holmes - 2009 Nubian X Boer doe
Spotted, 2011 will be Holmes first kidding. She's bred to Jack and I'm very excited to see how she does. Hopefully she'll be a dairy doe. If not that's OK too.
